Business and contact information you choose to share through our forms — such as clinic name, city, contact name, email, WhatsApp, website URL, and the content of your message or application.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to inquiries and to review founding and demo requests. Submissions are reviewed manually; there is no automatic acceptance.
Form delivery
Form submissions may be processed by a secure form delivery service (a third-party form processor) so that messages reach Cordelix. We do not use these forms to collect payment details.
What we do not collect
Cordelix does not request patient medical records or sensitive clinical data through these forms. Clinical responsibility remains with the clinic.
